Payments:

We accept both credit cards and cash for service payments. Gratuity can be provided in cash or through Venmo.

Cancellations:

White Rose Collective operates under a 24-hour cancellation policy. Should you require rescheduling or need to cancel your appointment, kindly provide a notice 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a charge equivalent to 50% of the missed service.

IN THE EVENT OF SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS OR NO-SHOWS, 100% OF THE FULL SERVICE COST WILL BE CHARGED. ADDITIONALLY, FUTURE BOOKING PRIVILEGES MAY BE FORFEITED.

Color & Method Agreement:

During your consultation, we work together to determine the optimal method, color, and length to achieve your hair goals. Once you've made your initial deposit, you're committed to that decision.

Any significant changes in color, length, or texture after the consultation may result in an additional fee and necessitate a new consultation to ensure adjustments are accurately addressed.

Deposits:

All hair extension deposits made upon booking an initial installation appointment are 100% non-refundable.
